Click attachment link below for remote support

Google Chrome/Edge:

  1. Click the attachment link above.

  2. Lower-left corner, select up arrow, choose "show in folder"

  3. Right-click, IT Solutions.. folder in file list, choose "Extract all"

  4. Select Extract button

  5. Double click red icon to run.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the attachment link above.

  2. Choose save

  3. Upper-Right corner, select download icon, "open containing folder"

  4. Right-click, choose "Extract all"

  5. Select Extract button

  6. Double click red icon to run.
